FAQ

IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have an extensive car park in the adjacent field (Pulloxhill Car Boot Field) with FREE parking.  There is a short walk across the field from the parking area to the firework arena which is well lit, but please wear appropriate footwear.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK?

There will be plenty of hot food and drinks available to purchase, your own alcohol is not permitted on site.

CAN CHILDREN COME ON THEIR OWN?

Children aged 15 & under MUST be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult over the age of 21.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY CHILD?

Children 4 and under are free of charge, children 5 to 16 years will require a child ticket.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING?

Yes there is disabled parking available for Blue Badge Holders.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

As much as we love them, dogs are not allowed at our events other than registered assistance dogs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Our display will still go ahead and may take place in any weather, so please ensure you dress appropriately for the great British weather.  

DO CARER’S GET A DISCOUNT?

All adults or children 5 and over require an entry ticket.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern attendance at the Cross Keys Annual Fireworks Display taking place on the 1st November 2025 at The Cross Keys Pulloxhill. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions:

2. Tickets and Entry

2.1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 5. Tickets must be purchased through authorized platforms specified by the Organizer.  The organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.
2.2. Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry whether paper copy or on mobile device – tickets will be scanned for entry. Children under Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 21. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission. The Promoter has granted an on-site security team the right to refuse admission to the entire Event site and to police these terms & conditions.                                                            2.3. Identification: The Organizer reserves the right to request photographic ID to verify ticket holder identity or age.
2.4. Safety: Search is a condition of entry and presence at the Event. The Promoter shall be entitled to confiscate (i) any of the items listed below and (ii) any other items which the Promoter considers may be used as weapons, or are otherwise deemed by the Promoter to be dangerous or inappropriate. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.                                                                                                                                                                                          2.5 Prohibited Items: Air Horns, Alcohol, Animals (except for assistance dogs), BBQs, Cans, Chinese lanterns, Firearms, Fireworks, Flares, Gas Canisters / Cylinders, Glass Bottles, Glass of any kind, Hammers, Illegal Substances, Knives, Laser Pens / Laser Equipment, Legal Highs, Smoke Canisters, Sound Systems, and any items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate. Bag searches may be conducted at entry points.

3. Safety and Conduct

3.1. Fireworks Safety: Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by the Organizer, including maintaining a safe distance from the fireworks display area.
3.2. Behaviour: Attendees must behave in a manner that does not endanger others or disrupt the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person acting in a disorderly, unsafe, or abusive manner without refund.
3.3. Supervision of Children: Adults are responsible for supervising accompanying children at all times.
3.4. Alcohol and Smoking: We operate a challenge 25 policy. No alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18. The Promoter reserves the right to remove alcohol and dispose of it if a drinker is unable to provide identification of age. This includes alcohol purchased by a legal adult.. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in enclosed or crowded areas.

3.5. Prohibited Items: Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas, if applicable. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in enclosed or crowded areas.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Medical Conditions: Attendees with medical conditions (e.g., photosensitivity, epilepsy) should take necessary precautions, as fireworks displays involve bright lights and loud noises.
4.2. First Aid: First aid facilities will be available on-site. Attendees requiring medical assistance should contact event staff immediately and / or make their way to the First Aid tent located on site.
4.3. Weather Conditions: The Event will proceed in most weather conditions but may be canceled or modified for safety reasons at the Organizer’s discretion (see Section 5).
4.4. Pets: No pets, except registered assistance dogs, are permitted at the Event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Event Cancellation: If the Event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), details will be posted via the website www.crosskeysfireworks.co.uk, on The Cross Keys Facebook Page and Fireworks Facebook page – it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check
5.2. No Refunds for Other Reasons: Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, late arrival, or failure to comply with these Terms.
5.3. Changes to Event: The Organizer reserves the right to alter the Event program, timing, or location without prior notice. Refunds will not be issued for minor changes.

6. Liability

6.1. Personal Risk: Attendance is at your own risk. The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by the Organizer’s negligence.
6.2. Third-Party Services: The Organizer is not responsible for services provided by third parties (e.g., food vendors, parking facilities) at the Event.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. Event Photography: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by the Organizer or authorized media.
7.2. Personal Photography: Personal photography is permitted, but drones and professional recording equipment are prohibited without prior written consent.

7.2. Consent on behalf of others: If you attend an Event with your child aged under 16 years you give the foregoing your express consent on their behalf. This includes filming by the police or security staff that may be carried out for the security of customers.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal Data: The Organizer will collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be used solely for Event-related purposes, such as ticket processing and safety communications.

9. Compliance with Laws

9.1. UK Regulations: The Event complies with all relevant UK laws, including the Fireworks Regulations 2004 and Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
9.2. Attendee Compliance: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and Event rules.

11. Governing Law

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
